Spicy Hot Fried Chicken

OK, here is the fried chicken in 6/10 issue 81, page 15.
I made the medium version. It was fantastic! I've been craving fried chicken anyway.

So this was perfect! I loved the glaze that we drizzled on afterward.
I used Tapatio instead of Tabasco. And I didn't have panko bread crumbs so,
I substituted instant potato flakes instead. Turned out delicious!
I will make this again for sure!

  1. Looks beautiful on the plate. To bad I couldn't make it to dinner that night but 910 miles is a little to long a trip. It looks so good I'll have to make it myself. Way to go Sis.
