Farmer's Salad with grilled salmon


Ok Here it is! I thought I would take advantage of this great magazine and cook something! This is from the August issue #82.Page 33. It turned out delicious!
I made a marinade to slather on the Salmon during cooking: Butter, Garlic, Chopped Lemon Balm from the garden, salt and pepper. Also, I substituted olive oil for the peanut oil. The Shallots I grew there wasn't much of a harvest this year (about 5).
Just enough though. This dish was so delicious! I will definitely make it again!
One recipe down! This is gonna be fun :) I might even become a better cook!
