Quick Romesco-Style Grilled Pizza

Charring bell peppers for sauce.
My first recipe: Made this for dinner tonight.  This recipe can be found in the Cuisine at Home Magazine from June 2010 issue pages 44-45. This is a very unconventional pizza and I have a very conventional husband when it comes to making pizza.  His first question was can he have onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and olives.  I must confess I did add some ingredients to his pizza.  I did make mine very close to the recipe.  To the left is a picture of my peppers on the grill. They char so much better on the grill then on the stove.
I didn't get to cook my pizza on the grill however.  We had a sudden rain storm and I made the pizzas on my grill pan.  Started by browning the crust on one side then flipped them and added the sauce, other toppings and brushed the crust with olive oil.
Well here is the finished product:
Finished pizza
The crust was very crisp and the sauce was wonderful.  I think I would opt for a different cheese.  I was true to the recipe and used goat cheese but think I would enjoy a milder flavor.  The experience was great over all.  I love to try new things.
